No modifications are to be made to the physiognomy of the exterior (2000)

The only approved closure of terraces are bars like those in Granada 1, BB and glass that folds away to one side. Fixed glazing in a frame is not permitted (2001)

If water from the planter on your terrace  damages the walls below you will have to pay the repair costs (2003)

A request for an additional entrance to the community was denied (2011)

A request to use part of the hallway in front of your front door upon paying a fee to the community was denied (2013)

The installation of a gas supply was approved, conditional on it being supplied, cost-free to all apartments (2015)

A request to raise the height of the partition between penthouses was denied (2017)

The swimming pool fence will be taken down during the summer (when the lifeguard starts) and put back up for the rest of the year (once the lifeguard finishes) (2017)

Adding a charging point for your electric vehicle was approved conditional on it being connected to your own electric supply (2019)

A request to add solar panels was denied (2019)

Terrace enclosures must be of the 'Lumon' style i.e. no frames (2022)

Rules were set for holiday rentals: a copy of the apartment's entry in the Andalusian Tourism Registry must be sent to the Administrator along with an emergency contact number (2022)

Agreement to increase, by 20%, the community fee for those that holiday-rent their apartments (2023)
